Age 41.....5'9"-10". 175lbs. 13-16%bf right now. Athletic, healthy, non drinker/smoker, etc. Not the greatest diet. Been under stress for the past few years with business. I've done a few short, low dose cycles of Test/Tren over the past 4 years. Typical cycles with time on=time off protocol. 3-4 week pct with correct ancillaries.

Probably missing some details but anyways.......

Currently on 40mg of Cyp 3x/week

.....Looking for some Bro Science insight please........My doc is making it sound like I'm ready for dialysis if I don't protect my kidneys

I got blood work done in May for the first time in 10 years or so. BTW, I feel amazing. Libido is amazing, strength good, energy good, etc. my test level was around 600. My creatnine was at 1.56 and GFR at 54. Stage 3 chronic kidney disease??? WTF???!!!! Doc said blood pressure was too high so he prescribe Lasortan. I opted not to take it. BTW bp was around 145/90.

I just got my second test and my test was at 1400. Creatnine at 1.7 and GFR 104. Doc still freaking out but not giving me much detail. Ugh!!

Any insight as to what is going on or what I should do? Doc still has me on 40mg cyp 3x/wk.

So are you on TRT? if yes, why do you run PCT? If no, why are you running a TRT dose of Test?

Do you take any blood pressure meds or any other medications? Some are known to increase creatinine.

How much protein do you consume daily?

When did you last use Tren? For how long?

I'd stop seeing a general practice doctor that has no business in invoking such fears when you're barely out of range for both tests. FYI: your state of hydration is HUGE with both of those, and I'm frankly concerned that there's no mention of albumin.

I would definitely go seek the advice of a nephrologist as a low eGFR can signal a potential problem. I wouldn't stress too much, and would also like to hear your response to Megatron28.

let me ask you something.. when was your last tren cycle??

i had a similar issue years ago when i had just come off a tren cycle a few weeks earlier.. tren is hard on the kidneys.. my labs came out abnormal.. urologist wanted a 24 hour urine collection..

i did it for him and he couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.. didn't tell him i had used anabolics..

my kidnesy are perfectly ok btw..

So are you on TRT? [/COLOR] You could say that even though my Test levels were at 600 before I got on test again. My doc does hormone therapy and believes I'll reach my ideal body type for my lifestyle by keeping my levels near 1100-1200 all the time rather than cycling on and off at higher doses .

if yes, why do you run PCT? I only ran pct while cycling test/tren in the past. My last dose of tren ace was 75mg eod and last inj was around April 1st. Ran pct until May 1st . If no, why are you running a TRT dose of Test? N/A

Do you take any blood pressure meds or any other medications? Some are known to increase creatinine. Not at all. He want's me on Losartan because my blood pressure has historically been high 140/90. Last reading was thursday 134/84

How much protein do you consume daily? Right now my diet is shitty. I'm lucky to get 100mg

When did you last use Tren? For how long?
I ran tren for about 12 weeks ending April 1st. 75mg/eod. Was probably my 6th cycle with Test/tren over the past 4-5 years. At first I started off with 50mg/eod for 4-6 weeks until I could handle the sides.

Thanks halfwit.....

albumin was 4.6 or 68%

I forgot to mention that the first test in May I went in not hydrated at all and under tons of stress with work. The second test, last week, I drank 2 liters of water within 2 hours of the test and not as stressed.

Any other ideas on this after having answered a few questions?

I'd just see a specialist to put your mind at ease. I DO have mild kidney issues due to being a diabetic, and some of your numbers are better than mine (albumin being one), and I have been told that continuing to live a healthy lifestyle is better medicine than what could be further prescribed. I do have a nephrologist that I check in with (in fact I'm due myself), just to make sure everything is golden.

I find that knowing EXACTLY what is going on allows me to spend less time worrying about the what-if's, and more about the what's next. At least that's my take on it. :)
