lawyers and trt lawsuits (Itiots)

Just saw a law office commercial that states if your Dr has prescribed trt and you have had a heart attack you may be owed money. Via lawsuit. These people are freaking nuts and will do anything for a dollar.

I wish I could laugh about it... this can only make providers more conservative, insurers more resistant and make the process more expensive.
Sure, gels are where the money is but don't think they'll stop there.

Hmm, let's base a lawsuit on the number one killer in the WORLD combined with a substance that has a terrible stigma. You can bet your sweet ass I'll take a couple years off my life (not even going to justify the claims) than living another DAY hypogonadal.

Yep, there's a special place in hell for lawyers.

Well put!!! My thoughts exactly!

I wouldnt be surprised if these sleezebag laywers handling these cases are on a TRT protocol themselves.

I would like to think that this would get doctors to become more up to date in TRT protocols. How many prescribe 200mg once every two weeks? Or gels/creams? How many don't tell their patients to donate blood to keep hematocrit under control? How many don't monitor E2 or prescribe AI's? I would like to think that some good would come from this. But the sad truth is that it will probably scare most from treating hypogonadal men.
