I am currently on TRT and going in for my first blood work in June... after which I plan to do a "lean bulk"
I've been losing weigh for over the past year... from 240 to about 195 now and goal before blood work is 180 to 185
I am currenlty on 1800 cals a day (150p, 150c, 60f), 20 min HIT cardio 4X a week plus the weight training.
I will be running Test at 500mg a week, Tbol Kickstarter and maybe Tren/T3 at the end if fat accumulation becomes too much. (16 weeks total, maybe 20).
My plan nutritionally for week 1 to 4 is start right at 2200 cals (200p, 200c, 60f)...
Then at week 4 up to 2600 cals (200p, 300c, 60f)..
I think ill probably stay at that for the remainder of the cycle unless I haven't gained any fat at that point.
I think its pretty conservative in terms of bulking, but im just looking to recoup some of the mass I lost on this very long diet and get my BMR up.
