lean mass or mass cycle

i have been doing alot research on different types of cycles
why does people do a mass cycle and gain about 30-35lbs of the cycle and when come of the cycle you will lose about 10-15lbs of water and fat or more, so why not do a lean cycle and cut the calories down and up the protein up high like 2 grams per pound and gain about 10-15 lbm and keep all of it ??
because my first cycle was of dlbol and test and i gain about 25-30lbs and when i came off of it i lost about10-15lbs of fat and water and still have some fat from that dam cycle, so why not cut calories down and up the protein high????

the up and down thing sucks it really fuck with your mind one minute you are on top of the world and another minute you what to keep your shirt on all the time and stretch mark out the ass now from that one cycle

i have been doing research on my past cycles and the first one i did 500mgs of test eth. and dlbol

2nd cycle test enth. 750 mgs and 300 eq

3rd cycle of test by itself 1000mgs

4 th cycle of test by itself 1200mgs

5 cycle of test by itself 1500 mgs and half way thur that one i got fuck by my source.

my 6th cycle will be starting in a month it will have test and tren and slin in it so what kind of dosage should i go with to get good lbm and when i come of i will keep most of it not just blow up and go right back down?????????????????????????

re: and all the cycles had clomid , but the 5th cycle i had no clomid that was the cycle i got fucked really bad lost all of the gains
 
Well it all comes down to your personal preference. I like to gain as much weight as I can during a bulking cycle because its not hard for me to loose bf. Just because you eat better during a cycle does not mean that you will keep more of your gains. Rather, its a combination of things that contribute to this; post cycle meds, diet, training and so on. If you want to keep water down just use some a-dex. If you are planning on using the slin during your next cycle you better make sure and do some research and set yourself up a good diet.

BTW-there is no need to do so much test. 1500mg at 185lbs??
 
Its all about post cycle. After your first cycle, a 25-30 lb gain on succesive cycles, is dman near unatainable, unless its mostly fat and water. 10-15 of lean mass is a very good gain IMO.
 
Test/fina would be good for a LBM. It is all about your diet bro, you can bulk with fina, that is what I am going to do, so that it keeps the bf low while eating a ton!!!! Good luck

230 11-12%bodyfat how much calories do i need to grow i do what to eat like 6000cals probelly lot of that will be put to fat on me
 
i do not weigh 185!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my weight right now is 235 lbs of today
5lbs of it from the insulin

11-12%bodyfat
 
If bodyfat is about 10%, you have to semi-bulk for lean gains. I suggest a moderate carb/fat diet. Works well for me.
400g protein
350g carbs (low glycemic except post workout)
120g of healthy fats (Flax oil, Olive Oil, Natty PB, Avocados etc)

Yup! I would just eat a ton of good food. Good luck bro. And maybe do a some moderate cardio if you see yourself getting some fat around the belly. WEll goood luck
 
I really believe that if you want to gain the most amount of muscle then you really need to keep the cals....really, really high...

I think the test/tren/ with insulin cycle will be good...but it really comes down to how much bodyfat are you comterfable with...

I like to stay at 9-10% most of the time and I can as long as im 250-255, but this year im trying to gain the most amount muscle possiable and come in heavier next year...So im now at 275 and just a little bit higher bf%...I think im about 12-13% or so...

so how many calories and protein do i need to eat when i am on the cycle???????????????????????????????????

and how many calories and protein do i need to eat when i am off of the cycle to maitain my muscle mass on me?????????????????????

Be aware! what works for one person may not for another. Vice versa. I know plenty of people on gear that eat everything in site, including fast food. I have also seen them stay rock hard with their high fat, high calorie diet through their entire cycle.

With me and some others, this is not the case. I can't just go out on a binge and start eating Whoppers and Big Mac's. My six pack would quickly fade away, and in no timeI would be carrying a spare tire. Age, body type(endo, exo, meso), and metabolism speed are just a couple of many factors that are involved and vary in each person.

See what works for you, through experimentation, and trial and error. Only you truely know your own body!
 
i was going to try 3000calories and about 350 to 400 grams of protein
a day on the cycle of test and slin and tren, so do you guys think that would be a good start?????????????????????????

so when i come of the cycle can i cut down on the calories and stay about 300 grams of protein a day after the cycle i was still going to stay on the slin after my cycle to help hold my gain and do a 3on 2 weeks on the slin after the cycle, do yall guys think that would be a good start after my cycle is over?????????????????????
