lean mass or mass cycle

Sorry bro, no show for me this year...I got laidoff from my work in January and my sub-pay has just run out last week. So im down to unemployment checks now (250.00 week, doesnt cut it) and im looking for new line of work now...

As for my precontest diet for last year...I used Dave Palumbo as my pre-contest prep guy...He had me on a high pro/ mod fat/ low carb plan...I followed that for 6 days a week, and on Saturday I ate a cheat meal (about 300 grams of carbs, sometimes more)...I followed this type of diet the last 12 weeks...

I posted my cal suggestion above but here it is again:

I suggest a moderate carb/fat diet. Works well for me.
400g protein
350g carbs (low glycemic except post workout)
120g of healthy fats (Flax oil, Olive Oil, Natty PB, Avocados etc)
 
well under stand the carbs and the protein ,but what gives on the 120healthy fats ,how would the healthy fats do for me as of gain in the cycle?????????????????????????

Well 1g of fat = 9 calories. You need the calories to grow. The reason for the 'healthy fats' is because it is better than eating 120g of saturated fat. That will lead to clogged arteries!

What's with all the "?" ? Does that imply greater urgency on our part or something?
 
this is the thing i have a hard time losing the belly fat and dam love handles so that is why i still want to gain muscle but i do not want to gain any fat that why i won't a lean mass cycle

will test and tren and slin do that for me i won't to gain about 10-15 pound of lean muscle?? and drop some body fat about 2%.
