Trying to keep it short and intense per Milk's suggestion - felt good - no probs w/ the knees. next cycle I'd really like to get some size on my quads.

Hey guys - back from skiing and happy to say - didn't injure myself in any way! i was a little conservative this time - I'm 30 lbs heavier than a year ago and that extra weight made me feel a little awkward. - or maybe I'm just rusty...Hahahaha
Anyways got along great - my leg workouts really helped out on the slopes - only thing that bugged me was the knees - delicate little buggers! hahaha

Had A great upper body workout today - could hardly wait after 4 days off and only leg work/cardio. Down to 206 lbs now - diet was crap in the mountains - lots o carbs, lots o sugar (brownies, cookies, etc.)

Still on clomid and nolva for another 2 weeks. My balls seem to be returning to normal size - (Thank God!) Libido still lags - (maybe that's 14 years of marriage! LOL) The acne is subsiding the athe taning seems to help. I do feel a bit emotional - guess that's the clomid. Got uber pissed at the misses on the ski trip - ditched her & the kids the first day and skiied by myself. - hahahaa - what a dweeb! Had a few good days after that - got to take my little man to the terrain park to do some jumps. Very fun!

Time to end this saga. This is the last of the entries for this thread.

Overall - cycle went great - made some nice gains from 188 up to 218 and now at 205. So total gain of 17lbs - at 15% BF that's 14.5lbs of muscle and It feels great. I'm def bigger, although not looking quite as cut as last Mar when i was 13% at 175. I like the new proportions and definately have "stepped up" my game. Sides all seem to be gone or almost gone. Acne still lingers a bit. Nuts are still recovering some, libido etc. is where i was pre cycle. Had my cholesterol checked - very low like before. Dunno about test/free test - may or may not fork over the $500 for a blood test.

My measurements all went up about 3/4"-1" most noticeable on my arms but also on my chest (all may jackets are tight!) and on my legs.

My strength is up again - it fell for the first 3 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) and now rebounded to 90% of cycle max. Crazy ass pumps are gone (sad to say) but overall feeling good.

I'm moving on to a CKD diet for a month to try to get my waist measurement down 1" I'll be keeping the cals up around 2500 so I don't burn too much muscle. It's been only a week but I think my abs are already starting to show a bit more.
 
I didn't notice how much Clomid and Nolva you're running and how long you're going for...

so with that being said, what were your dosages???

I ran one tab (50mg) of clomid ed for 5 weeks, 20mg ed of Nolva for 4 weeks. I didn't think that it would affect me emotionally, but I did notice that I was easiely pissed off at my wife & kids - maybe that was the holidays or leftover stock market angst - I dunno.

if you were pissed I would say its the holidays and the stock market...

Clomid makes me emotional, but more like I need to curl up in a ball and cry about pussy shit lol

That's a rather long post cycle therapy (pct), but I would say its not going to effect you negatively.

I would have ran a little bit more Nolva in the beginning of the post cycle therapy (pct), but the Clomid dose was good.

I hope you most definitely learn a little bit from post cycle therapy (pct) and what works for you.
