what muscle causes the least pain after injections? i've heard quads are really hit or miss for some and that glutes arent really painful, but doesnt it hurt to sit down?

glutes aren't bad. have u ever done gear? if not first few injects are going to hurt.

try to massage the area afterwards also, it helps me anyways

Glutes are a breeze, just takes a little getting used to the positioning of your body, unless you have someone doing it for you.

Quads and Glutes are painful for about 3-4 weeks of 2x week injections. After that, scar tissue develops a little and you barely feel the pain the next day.

Have to Man through it ;)

doing my first cycle now, pinned quads and i'm ridiculously sore

thought about pinning glutes to see if it hurt less

When I had v muscles my delts left almost zero pip
Quads where 3 days of limping
And glutes was 3 days almost no movement

Let's just say my body hated me. But now I'm quad only for the reason it's super easy to see and pin

A few reasons why i stay away from quads...
1. More vascularity and veins in quad.
2. Every time i see a infection or someone having trouble it is the quad
3. I dont like working my legs if i have a knot or pain in my quad it's just a hassle
4. delts you have the front, middle, and back.

Just a few reasons why i dont pin quads. Quit pinning them after my first cycle. And i rarely ever see any body with promblems in any other injection site besides quads.

25g 1" for test E

Just try injecting slower next time and then massaging really good, helps the oil spread(at least that's what make myself believe) and you should be good to go.

You will get the hang of it and get used to it eventually, don't worry.

ventrogluteal is by far the least painful muscle to pin, virgin muscle or otherwise. most people just don't know about it so they don't use it. people who pin twice a week, once they find and hit the ventroglute effectively, NEVER go back to shooting dorsoglute.

some of the benefits:
1. much more accessible location
2. huge muscle, a couple of muscle overlapping in fact, very deep
3. not a lot of veins, no chance at hitting a major nerve.
4. doesn't interfere with leg day
5. little to no pip even for virgin muscle and using things like prop and tren
6. need i say more?

downsides:
they don't exist.
