WHen training shoulders or chest my left shoulder feels like its been smashed with a hammer right where the clavicle and scapula meet....there is some pain in the joint itself as well but not as much. Also my should has started making a squishing sound...sort of like the sound Barbi doll joints make when you bend them. Years ago I injured when I worked security at a niteclub but after a week and a half or so it seemed to have healed up and didnt give me much trouble until recently. In fact my left should has been a little stronger in the past than my right one. Im taking Glucosamine right now....any other suggestions.
Not on Winny...but recently concluded a cycle of Tren,Test and Anavar.

rotator cuff? overtraining? first thoughts that come to my mind. It feels like a hammer? Like dull pain that radiates or a piercing pain? When my rotator cuff hurts it feels like an intense dull pain that radiates from my shoulder joint up my neck and down to my wrist. The fix for that is typically rest, reduced stress on the joint, and then in some cases surgery.

Yeah get it looked at I hurt my knee bout a year ago and just ignored it then it just got worse to the point where it popped and tore my ACL & Miniscus now im outta action for a year no heavy lifting with my legs for at least 8 months.
Get it checked better safe than sorry.

sounds to me like youve damaged your ac joint. were the collar bone meets the shoulder. is there a slight lump on the boney bit on your shoulder. When you rotate your shoulder does it make a clicking sound?

i had to take 5months off to fully recover coz of it.

Lots of rest and anti-inflammatory pills shud do the job. U should consult your gp aswell though

sounds similiar to mine, I tried carrying on training but it just worse and worse...rest is the key thing...lift real light if you still need to train, try and find the weight limit before it hurts and then use this weight or if you can just don't do any upperbody excercise that involve the shouder...which by the way seemed impossible for me lol
