Leg Day Commit Thread

So I neglected my legs for quite some time, as I know a lot of people do. BUT, I've been committed to legs x2 week now and I've actually started to like leg day. So if you'd like to commit to legs here whether it be x2 or x1 week then do so. I smashed them today and I'm goin to smash them Saturday.
 
Well im doing a 4 day split, with legs getting a full day. But honestly I think doing legs for a main day + cardio after wards and doing cardio after another workout day will be plenty of stress of my legs for growth. I also neglected my legs for the longest time since my last gym had no leg workouts. Just the past 5 months I've been doing DL and Squat + other variety of leg exercises. But I have given it a small ammount of thought on 2 days of legs, or atleast a few simple leg exercises added on a different body part day.

I had a dream last night.. It was about guys walking around with chicken legs.. Eventually it turned into a night mare and it was a massacre...

I do legs 2x a week...

My routine is weird... I can't even explain it. Either my back gets hit twice a week or my legs get hit twice a week. I rotate the Monday.
 
i try to keep monday and friday for legs sometimes thursday instead of fridays working for me... oh im not dieting no fucking more went down on my bench i lost muscle not bf so im going a diff rout
 
I miss leg days that make me puke. :( Best I can do now with three knee surgeries is leg extensions/hammy curls and the sled. I'm still looking for a gym that has a good hack-squat machine so I can maybe take some pressure of my stumps. Awesome motivational thread though! :D
 
legs were very neglected when fist started training .now I'm committed to 2x per week. It has actually become my favorite muscle group to hit. Now it's a bitch to find jeans that fit good.

Go the tren route then. Build muscle and drop bf.
 
I started lifting in HS for football. Not squating was not an option, or not dead lifting of cleans.
Ur bench doesn't mean a thing of you don't have the legs to support the strength.
 
I love working legs. my quads get huge after just a few months of working out. So easy for me to put on size on my legs.

Hit legs so hard today they started shaking while i was doing db curls. Freaked me out

My legs were shaking before I even got to weighted lunges. Did 3 sets of those and I could hardly stand. I'm having trouble walking today. Lunges suck!

"Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to do these lunges though." I do 2 sets with 20 steps for each leg. A real kick in the a** after squats and leg press.

Nothing beats that high after a leg workout
 
Legs done again today. That's twice this week. I'm not stopping. My girl tried to get me to stay home. Nope sorry baby these legs gotta grow.
