leg day

quick question about leg workout time. i work legs on their own day. i do 5 different workouts 3 sets of 12 for each. i really dont take any breaks... about 60 seconds inbetween each set. i usually finish in about 45 mins. im tired and have a good pump. ive been growing and my lifts are going up. so i guess there is really no problem but i just feel like sometimes 45 mins is just too fast. any opinions. thanx.
 
in and out is good, hit the muscle, break it down and get the fuck out ! u could try going for 15 reps instead of 12 . higher rep ranges often work well for legs in some people .
