leg growth? high rep?

ok guys,, here it is,, i'm sitting on 24" wheels at 5'7"... i want 28"ers .... i have been reading as much as possible. i'm finding that high reps 15-20reps SEEM to be the growth choice. suggestions, comments, ideas? .. anyone .. Bueller, Bueller ?

Brat, , this is what i have been doing. 5-6 sets of squats at the range of 4-10 reps (last set being 395 for 3-4:depending on how i feel) ... then going into leg press and leg ext. but i'm just not seeing the results that i wanted... soooo i did some reading. some articles are REALLY big supporters of reps are the best way to grow your legs. currently i'm stuck with 24"ers at 5'7" tall ... i want 28"ers ..!! . . .

Just be careful...I've been doing high-rep overtraining to lean my legs out...

Take Insane's suggestion and add some various leg positioning on the leg press...working the outer part of your quad will give you a better sweep...
 
go DC style...1 heavy set of 4-8, rest for however long you need, and then pump out 20 reps with the heaviest weight you can. Rotate between a few excersizes....squats, leg press, smith squat, machine squat, etc. each workout.

everyone is different but every seems to grow well on 20 rep leg presses or squats so get to work.

oh yea eat that protein!
 
I seem to making good gains by doing box squats for 2 sets of 5 followed by 1 set of 20 on leg press. I use a weight that I struggle after about 12 reps and then rest pause until I get to 20. It kicks my ass.
 
I like 20 reps ass well, I do 4x20 on leg press as heavy as I can, usually 7-8 plates a side. Squats 3x20 with 225 or 2x10 wide stance squat with 315 then 2x20 225 with narrow stance. Mid thigh they measure out 30"
