I almost forgot how painful these were, is there anything I can do to lessen the pain of it? It seems like its gonna be sore for 4 days or so. Should I inject less into it, put heat on it, what would help? I went 3 ccs into it, 1 deca 1 enan 1 prop.

Shoot high and to the outside. Thats all you can do really IMO. Some guys say heat up the gear before shooting and to massage the area after the injection. Have never tried this myself since high and to the outside has always been good to me.

Yep. Works for me. But painful gear is just painful gear and you can only do so much.
