never focused on legs before but now started doing squats. sore as hell the first time out I couldnt barely go up and down the ladder at work, but now getting used to it. my question is leg training releases HGH which is the main reason im doing them as a part of my core, but is it a noticable amount of HGH or not enough to get excited about thats being released ?
