Hmm...so i pulled my groin a few weeks ago and so ive been taking it easy, took a week off training...when i hit legs yesterday it still hurts to do squats, and leg presses as well
I hate the idea of just doing extensions and hamstring curls during my cycle i just started...
Should i continue with ext and curls for a few weeks? or are there other excersizes that i can do (other than SLDL) for my glutes?
