how do you feel now compared to a couple weeks ago?

I might NOT have a hard on at the most random times. Steel rod 24/7. Fuckin ridiculous man lol.

hmmm, well I'm hornier, more aggressive, more focused, more energetic and clearer. Everything feels better.
I know I'm "on" but I was just thinking I am getting used to it....
Well...not to the workouts, they're better and better

Can only imagine, the more I read about tren the more worried and excited I become!
 
Here we go, a Shredder's log induced workout (the bicep part)

Triceps + Biceps:
4x triangle bar push down (went for more form over weight this week, to contrast last week's workout)
4x single arm reverse grip cable push down
4x machine arm ext
1x super duper drop set rope arm ext

4x double arm cable bicep curl with arms above shoulder level, curling to behind my head
5x bb standing curl
4x incline bench db curl

Worked well and I was incredibly tired afterwards. Always nice to get a new exercise into your arsenal!

Update:
Was 82kgs when I started, now at 89 kgs.
That's 1 kg a week (2 and a bit pounds).
Very happy with the results.

Would like to thank 3J, diet has been easy to follow so far which has made it all the easier to get as far as I've come!
 
Poor form, I didn't update these last 2 days:

Went to the beach Sunday and afterwards felt a little lazy, hit up the gym to his some areas I hadn't hit properly during the week.

4x Weighted, wide grip pull ups
4x Palms facing in shoulder press machine
4x Front lat raises
4x DB Row
4x Tricep ext
50x leg raise
50x windscreen wiper

Monday (yesterday)

Chest:

5x Incline press (did a PB here)
4x DB press
4x Decline cable row up
5x Machine fly (did another PB here)
super set with wide arm pushups

30/20/10/5 weighted calf extension

Had a massive pump today and things felt really good, pushed out heavy and kept my resting times under a minute between sets. Hope today is the same as it was an amazing gym experience
 
Back:
4x standing wide grip machine row
4x Close grip pull down (hands facing me)
4x Close grip row (hands towards each other)
4x Behind head lat pull down

3x 30 leg raises

Shoulder felt a little sore from yesterday's mammoth chest session, so I took it a bit easier. Lifted lighter for more volume and still got all I could out of it.

Each session now I am massively pumped after 1-2 sets and it's hard to take my singlets off afterwards....have to wait until I cool down and then take them off otherwise no chance.
 
Getting more and more questions everyday asking about how I've gotten so big all of a sudden and why. Gets harder and harder telling them the diet story. Doubt anyone believes me anymore....

in and out very quickly. Been single for 2 weeks now and all of a sudden I got incredibly lonely this afternoon. Wasn't quite as up for working out as I'd usually be so came home and relaxed, watched some shows and tried to feel better.

Weve all been there man, keep your head up. Enjoy being single while its lasts my friend. And find a new tail to chace un the mean time. Best way to get over something old, is something new.
 
Starting injecting with a 25g now instead of a 23g. Much easier on the glutes and delts. Takes forever (in my mind) to inject and I feel as if I'm about to break the bloody needle every step of the way but it gets the job done....

Saturday I caught up a day and did arms:

4x Tricep press
4x DB Bent over tri kick back extension
4x Tricep ext machine -- loved this, may have done 5-6 sets really as I just kept on pushing them out
1x super duper drop set rope tri ext

5x double arm Shredder curl
5x BB curl, arms slightly wider this week

Had my brothers bucks party that night so spent a heap of money on strippers and drinks. Rare occasion so had to be done.
Rest day Sunday as I got home at 6am and slept until 2pm
 
I pin with 25g as well; not sure why I'd ever use bigger unless I was drawing with it too (in a pinch)

I don't really like going to the peelers myself but for a brother or good friends' party you're right; sometimes it has to be done!
 
Chest + Calves:
4x Flat bench (hit a PB of 140kgs for 4 reps which is ~308 pounds)
4x Seated incline machine
4x Pec Deck
4x Machine flys superset with wide arm pushups

8x single let calf extensions off a step, 4 leaning forward, 4 sitting back -- something I've found works well for me in hitting lower/upper calf

I pin with 25g as well; not sure why I'd ever use bigger unless I was drawing with it too (in a pinch)

Honestly, we don't have many dark skinned ladies in gentlemen's clubs in Sydney, so I made sure to get dances from all the ones I could find. Had a good night. Now that I'm single I figured why not?
Make some memories and have a few laughs. Discovered my brother is quite the dirty man....hilarious to watch.

4x standing front row machine It's basically just a lever that I pull towards myself, not much of a machine...

5x Close grip pull down (new PB woohoo)

12x 20 leg raises for some ab work

Chest = 37.8
Stomach = 32
Waist Line = 33
Biceps = 15
Thighs = 22.4
Calves = 15
Forearms = 12

Week 8:
Weight = 197
Neck = 17
Chest=42.5
Stomach (belly button)= 33.4
Waist Line=34
Biceps=17.1
Thighs=24.5
Calves=16.5
Forearms =13

as you can see, bit of a change :)

Very nice work! And yes my man there isnt anything quite like being in cycle. Its a good feeling!
 
I have a feeling I'll be over 200lbs this week when weighing in tomorrow morning.

Think I'll be at the heaviest I've ever been....yet still very lean. woohooooo
