Does anyone else seem to notice their legs go crazy jumping around as they lay in bed. It seems as if they are having a seizure during the night. We are talking about huge twiches. Been off cycle three weeks and it did it all through cycle and still to this day. Am I alone and one of the lucky ones or what.

I kicked the wall pretty hard right as I was falling asleep for my nap. That is not normal for me at all.

Could be Restless Leg Syndrome. It sounds kind of humorous when you explain the syndrome to people, but in reality it is a pretty miserable condition.Your brain is having mini seizures.Klonopin has worked wonders for my RLS.

Are you taking any stimulants during the day for weight loss or energy?

Nope, nothing. It is kinda funny, they just start jumping around. Not every night, maybe 3 or 4 times a week but it keeps the wife awake at night and she is mega pissed. Blames it on the cycles because it never happened until i started my first cycle.

its been happening to me for years. nothing Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) related. Ive kicked my wife really hard at times while I was sleeping. she always hits me back. I never been given a definite answer for the phenomenon.

I have RLS. My wife hates it. I twitch like somebodys hitting my funny bone.
I do notice that Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) makes it more violent and more frequent. Its freaky, but I just live with it.
And it gets worse as you get older! LOL

Thanks for the responses. very helpful. I never felt this until i started on AAS, but I am sure as you said Mustang, it just made it more pronounced. I am glad it isnt Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) related, now I need to convince the wife. I honestly thought because i primarily stuck to quad shots and the fact that I have been killing legs with huge workouts, it was just a normal reaction. I guess age sucks.

I get the jimmy-leg too sometimes. I also get the arm twitching-flinging thing. Sometimes these spasms wake me up from a dead sleep. I noticed that I tend to get these seizures more often when I travel –like on a plane- or when I’m tense and not completely relaxed.

I think you should make a run at the next "Dacing with the Stars"...never happened to me, but my muscles do twitch more during a cycle.
