Every week i really hammer my legs but the growth response is so slow!! Any one got a good workout for legs if not i'll cut the fuckers off and be done with it!!
My leg workout as it stands
6 sets of 8-10 squat rack
6 " " leg extention
6 " " leg press
6 " " calve raises
6 " " reverse leg curl
First set always a light one on each exercise and moderate to heavy second set last four all out pain!!!!
