i agre if you going all out on the squats they will grow great.then after going all out shit heavy on the squats you might eek out a set or 2 of some sldl's.
On the calf raise machine in the upward position stay on your toes for 10 seconds each rep, lift heavy with high reps for calves. For some people calves are genetic, and are difficult to develop.
I took your advice. For the first time in forever my calves have been sore for 2-3 days after. Normally after leg day i can hardly sit down on the shitter, now i can hardley sit down on the shitter AND my calves feel like there is i knife stuck in them. I believe if you're sore the next few days you accoplished something! I WILL GET BIG CALVES!! thanks bro
I don't know how much it could help, but I always strech very hard my calves. I also work out on the 25 rep for calves.
Sometimes I get sore sometimes not.
