Got back around noon today from being out of town. It's always hard to eat enough when I'm staying at the gf's parents place, and I also ate a decent amount of fast food. Weighed in at 198lbs today. REALLY need to up the cals and take advantage of these last 2 weeks at 60mg to really put on the mass. Had to have a short session due to the gym closing so I did flat db press instead of dips and didn't do any tri work.

Also, got my bac water for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), gonna start it tomorrow at 250iu every 4 days or so.

First time ever DB pressing 100's, needed a little help on 6th rep of third set but it felt good overall. Not sure if I'm making it seem like a bigger deal but it feels pretty intense using 100+, it feels like some respectable weight to throw around. Can't wait to hit 120's on that or incline, I know I'll get there before this is over. BB rows/DB rows/DB presses and deads are all blowing up in numbers.

Decided to extend my dbol to 5 weeks. I need help with something though. I pinned last Tuesday then had to go out of town so I couldn't pin again until Sunday. How should I go about pinning this week? Should I do today and Friday and then resume with Mon/th?

I'm seeing my family for the first time since I started dbl and they say I am huge and got big quick etc. Feels good. Working out at a shitty 24 hr fitness while I'm on vacation this week and am eating probably 3500-4000 cals a day so I'm expecting some good growth

Lat PD - 240x5, 220x3x8 (this machine was absolutely 15-20lbs heavier than the one I've been using, as you can see I went down in weight)

Glad you're enjoying the ride man! Yes I'd say go ahead and inject right now and then again Friday. Then back to normal schedule. It wouldn't kill you to miss it, but better to keep your levels up than to a week long dip.

Thanks for the words, I'm loving it. I think I'm finally starting to lift some respectable weight, especially Db pressing 100+ and DB rowing 115+. Gotta keep on gaining!
 
Been eating quite a bit this week on vacation, although my macros are definitely off.

Weighed in at 205lbs today. Monday will be the start of my last week on dbol (5th) and the start of my 6th week on test. Not gonna put up my last couple of workouts but I hit DB incline 95x8,8,5, BB row 215x3x5 and DB row 100x4x12 (this was tough haha). Still haven't pinned anything but glutes, really need to hit quads soon as twisting for the glutes is getting really old and tiring.

How much water weight should I expect to lose once I drop the dbol? After about 35 days on cycle (28 on dbol) I am up to 205lbs from 183lbs. Hoping losing the water will make me look a little better, although I do think I am looking pretty solid so far without too much bloat or fat gain.

Will be deadlifting in the morning
 
OKAY BOYS check out my progress so far. Picture on the RIGHT is the start of my cycle at 183lbs. Picture on the LEFT was taken on Tuesday around 202-204lbs so about a 20lb difference after 4 weeks of test and 3 weeks of dbol. Technically this upcoming Tuesday will be the start of my 5th week of dbol.

I am CURRENTLY (7/14) 208lbs as of this evening, so about 5lbs heavier than the left pic, so a total gain of 25lbs since 7/8. Shiiit man I'm gonna be hitting 6'1" 220lbs soon! Fuck!

Anyways, what do you guys think so far? Delts don't look as round but it's probably just the angle. I think my chest and arms are looking bigger and I am looking thicker overall. Give me some feed back bros! Thanks

Damn, definitley looking more swole there! You carry weight differently than I do, I guess... I'd never guess you were nearing 220. Great work though, so far. Looks like you're packing on some solid mass there. Can see those traps are growing nicely!

I wouldn't be surprised if the weight goes down a bit after you're off the dbol and the water falls off. At this rate, if you keep eating well, you could easily end up in the 210 neighborhood when its all said and done.

Thanks bro! Yeah as I said at the beginning of this thread I have pretty big legs, I'll get a pic up within the next week or so. Also remember that I am 6'1"! I'm definitely expecting to drop some water when I come off dbol, but I'm hoping it's not a TON of weight and I stay above 200lbs. What is pissing me off is my love handles though. They aren't big or anything but I can squeeze a solid amount of fat on my lower back on each side, it's very bothersome and odd considering my abs aren't awful and I have pretty solid vascularity. I guess I just store fat there

Appreciate the kind words man, it really motivates me to know I am making solid progress.
 
I have the same issue... its just where I seem to hold it and I've never gotten below the % to actually get them completely gone either (at least not since I didn't have them in HS!). Not sure if any of those transdermals that they keep experimenting with would help spot reduce... but sounds like your next cycle will be a nice hard core cut (I really want to go that direction with some tren in early spring!).

Yeah I'm currently thinking about what to do for my next cycle. I'm not sure if I want to post cycle therapy (pct) and then cycle with tren/test/mast in the spring, or just cruise and then blast in the spring and then post cycle therapy (pct) after that.

I'm also still thinking about extending the test to 15 weeks from 12 and using the extra 3 weeks to cut with T3 so I don't have to worry about it once I come off (don't want to lose any gains obviously, especially with the T3 added).

I'll have to really think about it
 
If you're not on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), I definitely wouldn't go past 15 weeks; you really need to give your body a chance to recover (Time on + post cycle therapy (pct) = Time off)... I can see turning the last 4 weeks into a cut, or maybe just run at an updated TDEE maintenance and ramping up to a nice dose of T3 and some ECA. If you start cutting too deep, you'll lose your speed and then post cycle therapy (pct) is going to feel worse in terms of holding on to your strength gains.

I like the test/tren/mast idea... haven't put much thought into mast, but love some of the things I've read about it! All the time in the world to think, and some great knowledge around here to help! I need to post up my next cycle plan soon, make sure its all set for later this summer. For now I'm off to bed!
 
Holy pip, pinned quads for the first time ever and damn this pip sucks. Idk if I hit nerves or what but as I was sliding it in after penetration I felt some weird pains.
 
Hit 225x3x6 today on BB rows, felt good. 105x4x12 DB rows were absolutely killer, I wanted to die

Was at 203lbs. I knew that 208 was food+water fluctuation. I think it's time to up my cals a bit since I am 20lbs heavier than when I started
 
20 pounds difference definitely calls for recalc on TDEE

Sorry for the lack of updates. Stopped dbol 3 days ago, was at 205lbs last night. I'm hoping I stay above 200 after all the water drops but we will see.

Yesterday for flat DB press I attempted 110s for the first time. Asked a kid to spot me and told him I needed help off my chest then I should be fine. He just stood there and stared as I struggled to get the first rep up, which completely exhausted me. I wanted him to help with the first so I had energy for the entire set, since getting it off my chest in the beginning takes a lot of energy, especially with 110s....got 6 reps but he assisted me a little, but I am certain I would've gotten them unassisted if he had helped me with my first one...

Kid infuriated me and my neck is slightly strained now. Never asking a skinny teen to spot me with real weight ever again...

Anyways, I think I might stop trying for strength and drop the weight a little and focus on form and hypertrophy. Really trying to add lean mass these last 6 weeks. Thinking about switching up my routine and maybe trying PHAT. Switched to GCBP for tricep mass but it really makes my wrists hurt and feel uncomfortable...
 
Diet has been poor the last day or two and I drank alcohol this weekend a couple times since I'm off orals and haven't gone out in a while. 198lbs this morning. Girlfriend is moving this weekend and I think my diet will be better then, although I will probably start drinking once a week. I definitely look leaner as I've dropped water which is nice.

Still really contemplating cruising for 4-6 weeks then blasting test/tren. I've been on gh15 a lot lately and the idea theree is that its dumb to go through pct if you plan on using again in the near future. Still have some thinking to do but it my not be a bad idea as long as I pct correctly after. Might take a little longer to recover but it could beat going through pct twice
