Letrozole - arimidex - raloxifene

I say if your e2 is still riding high and/or the gyno isnt clearing up at an expected rate then consider what Web Md says and that it IS possible. If so, switch to aromasin .

Web Md says :The beneficial effects of anastrozole and letrozole may decrease.

You can quote webmd all you want - there are several studies that show no clinical significance or adverse impact on e2 levels at all when combining tamoxifen with type 2 ai's so sometimes its best to look at real world results rather than speculation based on blood levels of a compound- especially after the compound has apparently already exuded its intended effect - which is the case here. Ill bet anything webmd isnt referring to e2 reduction in males taking both tamoxifen and arimidex and or letrozole - id bet they are referring to the compounds as they pertain to breast cancer in females. Certainly the effectiveness at treating a tumor may change but tht ist what we are using the ompounds for We are using the ai to lower e2 - which it wi do with 100% effectiveness when taken with tamoxifen.
Im not busting your balls Im just telling you that making that change in this case will not do a damn thing. Dr Scally has touched on this exact topic many times over and time and time again proven your contention incorrect.
