whats everyones workout schedules?

heres mine-


WEIGHTS-
sunday-biceps, chest, abs
monday-triceps, calves, abs(light)
tuesday-rest
wednesday-back-abs-calves
thursday-touch up day for chest and biceps, triceps
friday-leg day
saturday-rest

Sprint/Cardio Workout-
sun-long run 40+min.
mon-spint drills/ 2x500m
tues-spring drills/ 25 min. run
wed-stair workout
thurs-12x200 in 32 sec.
fri-rest
sat-400/300/200 full speed full recovery

-stretch for 20 minutes minimum everyday.
-3 round/3 minute boxing round workouts on heavy back 3 times weekly.
-pilates 1 time weekly
 
mon- insane chest... like 40 sets and bi's
tues- insane back and forearms 56 sets for back 24 for forearms
wed- shoulders 12 sets for each delt and tri's 48 sets
thurs legs and chest light chest 3 circuits of triceps and 50-60 sets for all legs
fri- light back(no trap work= -9 sets) and light bi's 27 sets

i usually do 10-15 min run on treadmill and throw up cause its an insane workout
 
d1 chest shoulders tris bis and forearms. 1 workset for each

d2 back thicknes, back width, calves, hams, quads. 1 work set for each cept quads. 2 for them and depending on back thickness movemnt possibly 2 sets here.

thats it 2 days per week. 5 total sets on day 1 and 6-7 on day 2. each set is done to failure or very close.

thats the craziest routine i have ever seen. congrats. :D how much do you weigh, how old are you and how long you been lifting? be honest please.
 
Monday - chest/triceps (Incline, flat, overhead DB presses, pressdowns) - 8 worksets
Tuesday - back (deads, Pulldowns, Tbar rows) - 6 worksets
Wed - off
Thurs - biceps (standing BB curls, Preacher curls, seated alt curls) - 6 worksets
Friday - shoulders (military BB presses, front BB raises, bent over DB raises, upright rows) - 6 worksets
Saturday - legs (GM's, Leg press, leg extensions ...Do Full squats once a month) 6 worksets

All worksets done to failiture, with progressive warmups
 
Monday, Legs
Wednesday, Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Friday, Back/(Bi's if I feel like it/am able to)

I was doing a 4 day/week split (needsize's 5x5 program), which was a cutback from 5 days/week on my own split (due to my school schedule). Now, the 3x/week split (PB's program on here) is another cutback due to scheduling conflicts.
 
Day1-chest bi's tri's
Day2-quads
Day3-back shoulder
Day4-lower back traps forearms hams

calves done every 2nd or 3th day

Abs when ever i feel like doing them
