lets see wtf you eat......

Sorry guys after more research i came to the conclusion keto is not my best option as far as for bodybuilding purpose and im looking for more of a reasonable lifestyle. What im doing now is consuming way less carbs and not being afraid to eat some dam fruit if i want some dam fruit lol......
i fucken love pineapple and berry smoothies nobody is taking that shit from me.

I still eat veggies wich was a huge change for me i never did in the past. I feel like im leaning out more now with the change and i look alot fuller and toned keeping carbs low. Ive had family members go on no carb diets and once they ate normal blew up into whales way worse than before. It was a great kick start diet for me made me see things about food differently, but no carbs is just nkt gonna work for me.

That's 2 bad, I'm feeling ok with this keto diet but I'm just starting week 2, will c how I feel and the end of this week.

9er. Try just playing around with the timing of your carbs to optimally still build while maintaining a reasonable BF%. I usually have 4 meals with and my last one without. You could try your first meal without next 3 with last one without or first 3 with last 2 without, whatever. See what amount you can take in that provides you with adequate energy for training but not so much you start putting fat on. Too many carbs isnt good but no carbs isnt good either IMHO. Find a balance. There no forumla that works for everyone thats why we need to play around to see what suits us best.

Thanks bro will do

Ya man, just play around with them. Find a balance where you can perform optimally and also feel good. Dont swing so far one way or the other brother.

Also dont feel you need to eat X amoubt of carbs every day. For example, do you think its wise to eat the same amount of carbs, lets say, on a leg day as opposed to a shoulder day? Of course not. And depending one length of workout you can even skip carbs PWO. Say you eat a meal then go train biceps, do you think you need carbs PWO? No, but after an intense leg workout then i bet youll need some carbs. Cater your carb intake for the day and what you plan on doing and have done.

Spaghetti with meat sauce
Salad
Potatoes
Zucchini
Wheat bread
Big gym day meal to come home to after 6 sets of squats and 6 sets of bench 60 minutes in and out of the gymnasium. Home 10 minutes later start eating and washing it down with horizon organic reduced fat milk right out of the half gallon container. Layed down on the couch watched a few minutes of my name is earl then passed out for 2 hours. Woke up ate some split pea soup now back on the couch watching more earl episodes. I stay horizonal more than vertical like a predatory animal. Water dominating dirt submits to mud.

Back to the gym today same routine exept this time bench first.

Heres my preworkout supply I use all this before I leave then drink a cup of coffee on the way and I'm probably the most irritating dude in the gymnasium because I eat apples and ruffles between sets lol.
