Sorry guys. I've been down with a thrown out shoulder I got in a working fire. Damn floors go fast,lol.
I have still been hitting the gym and trying, but only able to get about 40% my regular.
My appetite came back full force. I started dosing mid day instead of morning. I started at 10mg ed. That helped a lot. I'm consuming around 350+ grams protein, doing light carb cycling with heavy emphasis on my load days.
I'm not trying to cut at all but I have seen a difference in definition. I didn't think LGD would work for a cut but I'm gaining and still showing definition. I've put in about 7 pounds so far! I'm still trying to get some pics up. I have the start ones with the sign and date. I'll get some start and mid cycle pics up soon,I promise.
I'm looking to get back 100% in a couple days.
