Libido death and erectile dysfunction

Hi,
I'm 28 years old and 170lb
i ran a cycle of winstrol, sustanon and anavar for 8 weeks, i didnt make a PCT - post cycle therapy - at that moment(big mistake)

sustanon 500mg per week
winstrol 150mg per week
anavar 30mg ED

one month later

i took HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 5000iu every 5 days for 3 weeks (3 shots of 5000iu) with 50mg of clomid ED, 20mg tamoxifen ED and 25mg proviron. and i still having libido death and erectile dysfunction. i did a blood lab, and my strongen was super high 273 and normal range is 40-115 pg/ml.

the dosage of HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - i used was 2 months ago but i still taking tamoxifen, clomid and proviron.

One day my nipples are ok and another they look different, if i press then i can see a little drop of transparent liquid and sometimes hurt me.

ive been with this problem for 2 months, im desperate. what i can do? should i run HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - again? and buy arimidex?

I'm desperate and I don't know what to do I'm very sad and depress.

You started of badly by not running PCT and then you made it worse by running a bad PCT.

First of all, let's see your blood work. If you only ran Total Estrogen, we need to see more. Read the link in my signature below. It will cover getting g blood work. You need the Hormone Panel for Females indicated in that thread and you should also check Prolactin.

Your PCT was bad because you ran hCG, Clomid, Nolva and proviron all at the same time. hCG should have been run first to reverse testicular atrophy. Then you should have stopped it and switched to just Clomid and Nolva. Proviron should not be included as it is suppressive to your HPTA.

At this point, let's see your blood work results. But I suspect you need to run Clomid and Nolva again. Maybe a Dopamine Agonist depending on your prolactin levels.

P.S. Stop playing with your nipples. That just makes things worse.

Just to add to Tron's advice, proviron is an oral steroid. You've been wasting the SERMs by taking them with it (and the HCG).

Definitely need to stop the proviron. Your HPTA will never recover as long as you continue to use Steroids. And you are not putting any testosterone in your body.

i stopped the proviron and keep taking clomid and tamoxifen and i notice that my nipples are more normal..... someone told me that i have to take Letrozole to eliminate the estrogen and gyno....but also i read that Letrozole kills your sex drive (my sex drive its almost death right now) should i ll take this Letrozole? and what to recover the sex drive?

Do not take Letro. Just run PCT.

If you have gyno, get Raloxifene.
