Here's some updated pics of me @ week 9. Getting a little bit bigger. The back is lacking because my lower back is fucked up pretty good so I'm limited to what i can do, deca didn't seem to help much.

Let me know what I need to work on and what exercises you think would be best. I still need to bring the chest along a lot. For the past three weeks my eating hasn't been where I'd like it to be but I've recently been eating good and it seems to have helped a bit.

Please leave some kind of feedback, don't care what it is. Just don't want 9000 views and 3 comments when there's all these jacked guys that know how to lift on here. Help the little guys out :newbie:

Oh yea. 20 years old, lifting for about 2 years roughly. First cycle: dbol 3 weeks, Sustanon (sust) 500mg w/k and deca 250mg w/k for 7 weeks. Bf about 12-13% I believe, not sure.

From what i can see in the photos youre rear delts need some work, and lats.

I got a crack in my lower back, hurts like a bitch. I'll post more soon, those were the only ones that didn't come out blurry as hell. I'll be cutting after I'm done with the cycle. I haven't put on as much mass as I'd like to before I cut but I have season coming up and need to lose weight. Think I'm gonna buy that Yohimburn and diet + cardio to lean out.
