After getting sick and throwing out my back (in that order) I lost a week of working out
My weight is up to 255 and im holding 12% bf at the moment. I am going to start hitting the cardio 4 days a week to help with fat loss.
I did bench yesterday and hit 315 6 time with no help, could have done 7 with a slight spot but did not trust the guy spoting me. My goal is to hit 315 10 time by the end of my cycle.
I am upping my test E to 750mg a week split into 3 shots to even out my levels.
