Lipid profile after 2 weeks of 1200mg test E

I brewed my own patch of test e at 300mg/ml
Injecting 1 ml eod for 2 weeks
and now my lipid profile is borderline high

Cholesterol 186 mg/dl
Triglycerides 64
HDL 36
LDL 144

I dont know my lipid profile before this cycle

My diet is not too bad it's somewhere in between
The majority of my food is coming from a resturant chicken and oily rice
I dont have time to cook
Should I start adding oatmeal and fiber supplements and lower the dosage a little bit

Are those numbers ok during a cycle?
 
The 1 concerning thing that I see is your HDL.
Optimal Levels for men is 60 Mg/Dl or Higher.

So HDL levels below 40 Mg/Dl are problematic in the Long-Term.
As it's considered a Major Risk Factor for Heart Disease.

You can Improve these numbers by Cutting way down on any Wheat Products, which the body turns to Sugar to Metabolize.
Cut out Sugar of All Types.

Eat Whole Eggs, Lean Meats, Lots of Green Vegetables.
Olive Oil, Grass-Fed Butter like Kerrygold, Omega-3 Supplements, Fresh Caught Fish (if you can get them).

Triglycerides are OK.
LDL is a bit high, but if you raise your HDL, it has a Protective Capability against LDL.

The Biggest Issue with LDL is Particle Size.
So a Test that gives you Particle Size is warranted.
The LPP or Lipoprotein Particle Profile Test is one of the newer tests, and will give a complete breakdown of Particle Size.

T.cholesterol/HDL 5.0 supposed to be less than 4.5

LDL/HDL 4.0 supposed to be 3.5

Should I also lower the test a little?

If I am reading your 1st post Correctly.
You say you are doing 1 ML of Test E @ 300 Mg/ML EOD.

So if it's a True EOD.
M/W/F/Sun then Tues/Thurs/Sat and Repeat.
Then you are doing 1,200 Mg the 1st week, and 900 Mg the 2nd, and then repeating.

That's a lot of Test even if you are a Competitor.
Which AI and how much are you doing.
As the amount of Aromatization at those amounts is quite a bit.

So Lowering your Test a bit, and getting your Estradiol tested would be a good idea.............................. JP
P.S.
Oats are always a Great Idea, and should be eaten every day, whether On or Off-Cycle, they do help Lower LDL cholesterol.
Fiber Supplements will help keep you regular, but if you are getting enough Fiber in your Diet, they aren't really necessary.
 
Just rereading one of your Posts.

You need to STOP eating Greasy Chicken and Rice from a Fast Food Restaurant.
I Guarantee that this is your Problem.

They are probably using some Cheap Oil, and this is causing Free Radicals by way of the Oil Degrading.
When it's used time and again.
You can make Chicken and Rice at home in about 15 Minutes from Scratch.

You can make a Big Batch of both over the Weekend and Portion Size it for the Week.
Then all you have to do is Heat it up in a Microwave and you are Good to Go.............................. JP

It might save me some money

They told me I need to fast but I read a study that its not necessary
Its only been updated in 1 country in Europe

I've also been told that you No longer need to fast for Cholesterol Testing.
If it's the Old Test, I would still Fast.

But the Newer Tests like the LPP don't get Skewed by eating before the test.
So find out which Test you are getting done, so you can decide.

You need to be Proactive with your Health.
Always Research so you know what the Latest Methods are.

Some Doctors aren't Up-to-Date with everything.................................... JP

Yah I am cleaning up my diet and taking another test after 4 weeks
This time fasted
 
Not sure why anyone would do 1200mg of testosterone per week, it makes absolutely zero sense. Testosterone's dosage/result relationship is not linear.

In other words the higher you go, the more side effects you get and the less positive effect you get per mg.

This is why its better to add other things to your regimen, rather then go up in androgen dosage, like growth hormone optimization.
 
that dose is so unnecessary. wouldn't you rather lower it to 500 and add deca? you would look way better.
