Yea, definitely have to chase it with water. Stuff works great but tastes awful.

Harsh as in a potent Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Good stuff.

Yes, it kills the awful taste and that's how RUI does it.

rui does a have a flavor but i cant say it helps much.. lol hold your breath squirt it down and chase it..
