little problem with my test e

so today i took my first pin. im taking 500mg/wk two shots of 250 tues and friday, well i was reading a label of tren that i have (not taking tren by all means jsut have it) and the tren is 100mg/ml and my test e is 250mg/ml well i put 2.5ml os test e in my syringe forgetting that the test was 250/ml. so today i took 500mg of test e. now im wondering wat do i do come friday? can i take another 250mg? then come next week remmeber to not fuck up like i did today? im curious

Some ppl front load longer esters like test e to get results quicker which is basically what you did with a 2.5ml pin. Just go back to normal of 1ml or 250mg like you were planning.

for my first time u guys think 500mg/wk is plenty for me? ive read between 300-600 isnt much of a difference if ur starting out.
