Got a call from the doc today>I had my physical last week and the blood came back with my liver enzymes at 122 normal is 60.I just got off some tren and winnie with no liver protecters.I hope i will return to normal.Any suggestions?He said not to drink for one month and he will draw and test again.

Ouch. Liver values do usually go back to normal, unless you damaged it. That would not be good.

Take milk thistle, don't drink, stay away from winnie (oral tabs- ?I think Winstrol (winny) is more toxic than drol, based on blood tests I've had done).
Values consistent with hepatitis are in the 200-400 range. I know a guy who drank daily, I'm talking got drunk everyday, for a year. His AST was over 100. Continued elevated levels are a bad sign- damage is being done. My values came back at AST 84, ALT normal.
