I completed my anadrol cycle last summer and I was plannig to start accutane for my acne. But I cant.Because when I got my bloodresults a few days ago, realized that my liver still in bad condition(High ALT Level) I am taking milkthistle tabs. What else should I use.helpful advice please

Milk thistle won't do much. You need NAC. What were the results? Anadrol is not very toxic, might be something else.

URE:30 mg/dl (16.6-48.5)
creatinin:1.1 mg/dl(0.7-1.2)
trigliserid:70 (0-200)
T.Colesterol :211 (0-200)
AST :35 (0-40)
ALT :45 U/L (0-41)

Yeah a slightly elevated level could have been from lifting before your bloodiest, tylenol even a few days earlier etc***8230;. being 4 points over is nothing to be concerned about.

:D

She was 21! Morbidly obese, diabetic. She was in for a gastric sleeve procedure. Idk wtf was wrong with her. Maybe fatty liver and some meds

I'm sure there was either a lab error or miscommunication. That would be fatal. Liver transplant patients don't reach those numbers.

I reached 7000+ and 4000+ was immediately put to the top of the transplant list and placed in ICU for surgery prep to be ready at a moments notice. They never discovered an exact cause, treated me for tylenol overdose, even though my levels were normal, but no other ideas. I was released without a transplant with both levels in the 200's about 72 hours later. Within a month my liver was functioning at 100%, no signs of permanent damage, and still going strong.

Hopefully I can continue to be blessed with good health and not ever have to hear a doctor say they're surprised I'm not already dead.

Also I know for a fact my blood work that produced those numbers was not an error. Mine was being monitored multiple times per hour.

Spikes are possible. As you stated, you went on a transplant list. Untreated liver with enzymes in the thousands is fatal. What treatment did they use? Injectable NAC?

Glad you're ok.

It was diagnosed as Acute Liver Failure. But yes immediately placed at number 1 due to severity and my age.

Thank you me as well, I may not have literally died but my old lifestyle died and I have done my best to better myself since.

But I just called my sister who's a nurse who was with me and she confirmed it was injectable NAC. Wow for how much you guys recommend NAC I will now be doing the same for any liver issues, after now knowing it perhaps is what saved my life.
