liver support, does it matter?

was curious, since i normally take 4 pills of liv52 right in the morning, and the instructions say take 2, 1 with each meal it got my thinking, does it really matter what time i take it? i know fish oils dont really matter

Nope. It does not matter. Fish oil doesn't matter either, but you should be taking Fish oil with Vitamin E to protect the fatty acids.

Liv52 is great, my top choice is NAC, my liver seems to love it.

Autinite, I love your Avatar man. I don't know who that lady is, but geeeeez, is that a rockin body. I sport a semi every time I see your posts!

If I run orals I usually just pop a few liver support tabs/caps shortly after, my annual LFT is usually always in good standing unless I have been drinking more than my usual couple drinks a week due to my job.

It actually does matter (how much is another question). There's a reason why manufacturers recommend dosing protocols with vitamins and minerals and supplements. Certain products will fight with each other for absorption, certain products are more readily absorbed with fat or water, certain doses of products will halt the absorption of others, certain things need food in the stomach so as not to cause problems like ulcers (aleve etc), and certain things need an empty stomach so as not to get "watered down" with everything else in the stomach. Will you render your supplement useless by not following the recommendations, probably not, but at the same time you will not be getting the full benefits either. I'd do as the label suggests whenever possible

Correct, but I was referring to the drugs he mentioned. Chances are the bottle says take 1 to 3 times daily. That really won't give him anything to go off of. I don't see a conflict between those 2 drugs. But you are correct, other supplementation timing needs to be taken into consideration as well as solubility.

I think he just threw fish oil out there as an example like "this can be taken whenever". But the first post he said Liv 52 is to be taken 2x a day before meals and that was off the label. Not to nitpick bc like I said you'll still see benefits but depending on the product, the benefits might be reduced substantially. You're right as far as I know, no interaction with fish oil and liv 52

Ps I just started taking 600mg NAC 2x/daily and ALA 200mg 2x/daily. Hopefully my liver likes it as much as yours lmao. Heard great things about the antioxidant ice properties and how they're precursors to glutathione.

Gotchya.

NAC is incredible. I've dealt with a lot of folks who suffered poor liver numbers, I have yet to see nac fail. It has so many benefits, Liver, kidneys, upper respiratory.. you name it. I hope you see great numbers from it!

Did not get my liver values checked before my cycle (1st cycle as we speak) but I'm sure like you say it's got other benefits. There's a thread on here about it by 2rude4u and it has helped him with other issues non-liver related.

I sense another party at JKR's!!! Halfwit has requested mascato instead of boxed wine (oh the entitlement :D) so get you RSVPs in boys, this one's going to be an all nighter. On a much more serious note, give me a couple Abella Anderson videos, some test/tren, and a Viagra and I'll be willing to spit out frozen helpers like a Chinese sweatshop! You can get the friends and family discount Kaname but everyone else is paying full price!

Yes Morpheus is partially right. sometimes saying no homo adds even more homo undertones and and since the half life is extragavently long, ~36.7days (its a long- estered homo we're dealing with here) the compounding accumulation of homo-osity can reach elevated peaks.

With liver support I feel it's better to take it and not need it rather than need it and not take it. Always choose the (possibly) safer route.
