Long Term testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) / HPTA Implications

I've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for over a year now, and I was switching Doctors so I went off for 5 weeks so I could be tested again for new DR. I was in the 150's

Some of the most relevant and complete works in the area are by Dr. Micheal Scally, MD. If memory serves me correctly, he is an MIT trained MD who practices in Texas.

He has published 2 articles on the restoration of HPTA function following long term AAS use by athletes.

I am not on campus so I don't have access to PubMed at the moment otherwise I'd pull the articles and post them.

I am sure if you google Micheal Scally enough information will come up that you could back into his articles.

The long and short of his articles was a detailed protocol that he used successfully treat his long term AAS users.

Unlike the cited case study (n=1) Scally's work was done with a larger sample size of subjects.

Regards.

And if you go to prison... you'll prolly be someones bitch anyway so low T levels would prolly make you a better 'cherry'.

Hahaha nice one RJ. Ya, guess that would do wonders for the old BUTT-GINA!

CASHOUT: thanks for the headsup on Dr. Scally - seems like an interesting character to research.

Mr.White: what were your levels before you went on?

I have wondered myself, whats going to happen when I'm 80 and don't feel like sticking a needle in me anymore. I guess I'll be depressed emotional baby. I guess that what guns are for.
