Studies have shown how tren can significantly increase the rate of net muscle gain with reduced caloric intakes. It's almost like you're doing a recomp but he tren is doing it instead of the diet.

Not on humans but yes basically. The reports on humans are anecdotal but enough of them have come out to say it's possible. I'd keep a slight surplus though for you but not 2lb/wk

It seemed like when I was at 3600 cals I was still adding muscle, it may sound funny but just for instance measuring my biceps, started out roughly after my cut at 15 3/4 to say 16", now there at 17 1/12 cold flexed, before I bumped the cals up, people tell me my cals are to low, that I should add more cals, I am gettn confused, I just dont wanna gain to muh bf in the process

You've got to tailor it to your goals Matt. If your goal is powerlifting and max strength you eat anything and everything in site bc physique isn't as important. You want to gain muscle without getting too fat in the process so i would go maybe 10-15% cals over maintenance. Not sure what your maintenance is but if you gain 2lbs per week on 4200cals try going down to say 3700 or so for two weeks and readjusting if necessary.

THey look fine. Just reduce total calories from whatever macro as you've met he minimums for the essential ones
 
Meal 1

1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop pro, 1 cup egg whites

Meal 2

150g lean ground beef, 85g pasta

Meal 3

150g lean ground beef, 85g pasta (pre w/o)

Meal 4

1 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops iso pro (post w/o)

Meal 5

6 oz steak, 1 can tuna mixed wih 85g pasta and 1 tsp mayo/olive oil

Meal 6

1 scoop iso pro, 1 cup egg white, 1 cup oatmeal

I cancelled out meal 7 which was 1 cup egg white, 1 scoop iso pro

Now it looks like this

Cals 3800
Pro 320g
Carb 380g
Fat 100g

Can you reiterate your goals?

I know you keep saying you aren't looking for a shredded physique, but you're also concerned about adding bodyfat, yet still want to get stronger/bigger.

I truly think you've been on too much gear, too long and it isn't going to allow you to accomplish everything you want until you give your body/receptors a break for a decently long period of time.

Not trying to be condescending, I've made this mistake before....you need to pick something, one thing preferably and focus on it for some time. You can't flipflop from week to week, nothing will happen you'll just stagnate.

As u see , I never said I'm a nutrition guru.I told u what has just happened with me. Yes I gained weight in those 10 days.. And I know it's fat.
How I know it's not water retention from carbs , cuz I'm in zero carbs from few days.


Fucked up metabolism? May be.

For me, once I go over tdee , I gain fat / even for few days. That's a fact. Ask 3j what happened to me when i went on a vacation for 4 days ONLY (1 year ago)

U believing this or not, is not a big concern for me.
