It's just sooooo off topic lol. Good discussion but (as it often does) it turned into petty arguement, and a log of your cutting cycle that gets revived every 3 hrs. Either because of diet soda or you ate something. .... just sayin

Thinks its rather interesting, just a couple guys ripp and dre putting others in place about nutrition:chainsaw:

People always gotta turn it into a pissing contest when people disagree with them (whether or not they have loads of evidence to support their claims)

Dude, me & Dre correct something we see is clearly wrong because others (newbs/guests) who stumble across this thread may believe it to be true.
It doesn't matter if the person who made the statement believes it or not (everyone is entitled to believe whatever they want), but on a public forum it would be irresponsible of me not to correct misinformation in case someone believes it to be true.

Their are some people who response the correct way & appreciate learning something new (like Matt) & their are others who will simply bitch and moan because their view has been shown to be wrong - to each his own.

Your unbelievable lucky to be on a forum where the modz allow people to express their views no matter how wrong they may be. I know some forums (respected ones) that will simply ban people who refuse to accept that they are wrong & continue to spread false information.

If it truly hinders your cut ( diet pop), and this being my first week, I wouldnt be droppig water like I am, this week alone I have droped 9lbs of water, like rip said in one of his post if diet pop makes u binge for certain foods, dont drink it, but if it stops u from craving certain foods drink it, I love the taste and helps me get through the cravings as well

Matt's threads do get to epic lengths lol I'll give you that but if even one person learned something new in all 18pgs would it not be worth it?

Yeah well if u proceeded to resd further I droped the tren, went back down to my cruise and threw the towel in for the people with more knowledge then me about nutrition
As I am working on proper dieting while on my cruise, and not blasting for another 3 months or so till I have proper dieting skills
 
This is the kind of attitude from staunch that keeps people away from forums and posting.
If you going to give people shit, do it in real life and not in person.

Matt, tren is pretty nasty man most people recommend 8 weeks of tren ace etc. i would go 12-15
 
Yeah think I was pushing 14 weeks this time around enough was enough, was getting hsrder esch time injecting with eod day injects, takes a toll on u after awhile, skin was like leather even rotsting injection spots didnt matter
 
Incidentally, aspartame is made up of aspartic acid and phenylalanine with an ester bond - the first 2 are amino acids also found in protein ;)

Yep, IIRC that main concern is that aspartme metabolises into either formaldehyde or methanol, but it is so minute unless your consuming lbs of it, it's nothing to worry about.

Like I said, much more concerned about the shit in our air, water and our modern societies lifestyle in general...

And I do not see how diet soda will influence a cut, good or bad, if anything the caffeine in it will help with energy etc, the sweetener does not affect metabolism... Take protein powder sweeteners for example.

Matt, I'm glad you've changed your attitude from what it used to be. I think you'll find if you keep this up many more people will be willing to lend help instead of flaming you. Good job on the progress so far. How do you like what you're seeing in the mirror??
 
Good, this is the first week, but dropped a good 12lbs or so, feels like I am shrinking in my mind but look bigger just from dropping a wack of water and muscle are more defined if that makes sense, getting a lot tighter, but this bein the end of my first week enjoying the ride and feeling good

Good shit. How long you plan on cutting before bulking again? Or at what BF% you plan on starting to bulk?
