6ft 88kg (194lbs)... Not really going so much by weight rather I'll see how I go by 6 weeks if I want to cut a bit more or stop and start a bulk again based on the mirror, I'm not looking to get shredded just a mere quick cut to get my abs showing and so that I have a fresh base to bulk on for this winter as I am lean-ish everywhere else except for chest/abs which seem to be disproportionately not as lean as everywhere else (which I believe the low T contributed too).

But if you want an estimate of where I will probably end up finalising the cut would be somewhere around 78-80kg I estimate.
 
Strength still good in the gym, intensity still up, refeed day is not till next tues
Liking the results so far, after water is gone its time to shed
 
Yeah make sure you do lol, I'm down to 155g carbs daily... I'm craving a dirty pizza right now to be honest but I'm craving the finishing product of this cut much more...

U have a refeed day lined up?
Mine are set once a week, my first refeed is next tues

Yeah MrRippedZilla rec. every 14 days for now, thinking about once every 10 days now though. Want to keep the protein and fats the same, just bump my carbs up by 1000cal on refeed day.
 
I never saw myself turn to Diet Soft-Drinks or Pop as you Yankies call it, but it most definitly helps kill my carb cravings like you said Matt, granted I won't be binging on it, just as a tool to kill the cravings when they get out of hand lol

The mio drops work wonders too or crystal light, 0 cals taste like koolaid :)
 
Out of curiousity weighed myself this morning and 200lbs on the button, dropping a f load of water lol

Just pay attention to all the artificial sweeteners you're putting into your gut/body with diet pop, mio, crystal lite etc. Not known to do fantastic things in the short or long run. Even a decent amount of sugarless chewing gum will pump you full of that shit.

Side note, it'll be sad to see USA eliminated before the finals but such is life.
