this is just MY experience. my body lets me know when it's time to quit tren. gains stop, don't feel the insane pumps like i want to eat weights ect. last blast i actually quit early. 8 weeks . have done tren a few times. this time i'm at 10 weeks @ 700wk of tren e and a combined.
some might argue but have a theory that like any substance, my body becomes adjusted to it. have done tren back to back the last three cycles (blast/cruise) going to try and mix it up. thinking HIGHER test like 800 wk and a little deca 400 wk for joints.
usually take 8-10 weeks off during cruise (200-250 test) and don't think it's actually enough time to clear REPEATED tren use. going to skip tren this next cycle and that will give me months off of tren. see how it works.
just a thought.. .mix it up some.

I'll see how this plays out, bloods later on this week, see how my liver emzimes are and cholesterol and such and go from there, feel good tho, no bad sides other then good dreams lol

Instead of bashing someone else or making comments about people's physiques, I'll just answer the question:

16 weeks is the longest my body will let me run trenbolone. Anyone that says they've gone 30 weeks plus is either running baby doses or is flat-out lying. I don't care how much NAC/Liv.52 you run; the body will certainly start complaining at the 10-14 week mark, no doubt about it. That or they're a freak of nature, but my money is on either of the former options. ;)

All b.s. aside, you're making improvements to your physique Matt and it shows. Anyone that has spent ANY time in the gym knows that it's consistency that pays off. Diet/genetics/AAS are all parts of the puzzle as well, but sticking with it is easily the hardest part in my humble opinion. Let the haters hate, it can only serve as motivation when you're in your temple.

And no, I will not be posting any pics - sorry. :p

My .02c :)
Thanks halfwit, nah dont need to see a pic lol, I omly ask for the people always critizing my physique telling me I look all natty and not making any improvements what so ever, but meanwhile truthnbe kmown as they the ones that there diet and training suck and there physique over years and years of training looks somewhat good, but could be better

Its more so my body taking a toll, a bad knee, now a tweaked lower back
I have been adjusting my diet, before 6 months ago I would eat anything, not eeigh my food and such and shoeed, been working on my diet and training, like I said I have omly been at it for 2 years, so diet and training is trial and error till u find a plan that best suits u, I am liking this diet and trainig plan I am on now, the lean ground beef fills me up and doesnt taste bland, plus my trainig I have switched up spendig nomore then a hour in the gym doig hit by dorian yates and seems it suits my style
I am getting my 7 meals in through the day, and sticking to the plan with1 to 2 cheat meals a week
My lacking arms are now up to 17 1/2 from 16 after my 16 week cut, but needed to be done, so something is working
Sweating lots now with this new training plan I am on now, I am spent snd dont wanna touch another weight after my routine lol, thats why I believe my body is fluxuating with weight gain right dropping bf as well as well as gaining lean muscle

U know what? Staunch is a solid dude that always posts good info. I've really mever butted heads with u on anything until now. Nobody here is in a place to judge somebody for using gear. He happens to have a script for it and knows a lil something about gear. Focus the bullshit on where it needs to be.

I'm pretty sure banzi's comment was sarcasm.

I look at haters as I gives me more drive and determination, if somebody says I xannot do something I like to prove people wrong, like people ssid a few years ago I coukdnt lay off alc for one days, 2 years later, not one drop
My obsessive mind plays a big part in this, I am obsessed with the gym now, and determined every which way

Think I have made my point quite clearly
Some people need to spend more time in the gym then pushing buttons all day long
Its people like u trinijuice and tbone that make me laugh, u guys hink u know everything meanwhile u say the same comments over and over again

China wall i know your a bit of a vet around here, and i have a great respect for you having read many of your posts. I gotta back up staunch here though.. Although i had no idea until now he was 19, the bloke does give some damn good advice. Very intelligent and you can tell he certainly does his research... He'll easily become one of the respected members here in no time.

19yrs old and on TRT without giving into temptation and doing a blasting or running a cycle? How many other 19yr olds could do that? Clearly he is responsible. I know when i was 19 i never was (ran 1gram of test with no AI and had no idea really what i was doing)

Dude.... research smeeesearch, advice CANNOT be given without EXPERIENCE

Actually, that's u Matt. Broken record in every one of your posts. Lol

6 months, doses were on the low end at 400mg/week. Hit the NAC and UDCA hard tho to protect the liver. Other than that a bit of high blood pressure no real issues. Usual sides night sweats, insomnia ect. Won't be running that long again tho, at 43 I gotta be more cautious

I just post for laughs (I think that has been accomplished), u post the same type of threads every week, u can't NOT be fukD with(lol had to use a double negative); I mean the canadian government has you listed as a verified troll..

Not sure about this statement...Within the past 48H I've read great advices from Staunch and awful ones from a 48yo member with 25+ years of experience and a great physique.

If I were to consult a dentist, I would prefer a guy freshly graduated from a good school upon a dude pulling teeth with pliers for the past 30 years.
