On a related note: it's always struck me that if you manage to eat 5-7000 calories during a cheat meal, and the day's caloric total exceeds 10k...it doesn't matter how close you came to your TDEE the other six days of the week. You were 6k over on ___day

I'm open to correction if I'm wrong, or partially wrong please let me know. My "cheat meals" have always been pretty conservative due to this (possible mis-)conception

100% spot on but not many can eat 10,000calories realistically, especially if there's a good amount of protein in there.

You cant get fat in a day even if you eat 25,000 cals.

I know and not being cocky or an ass but geting comments in the gym amd other forums my physique has completly changed and even from the stary of this blast I am getting people asking me questions and ofcourse the stares

I'm not trying to start an argument, but here's my problem with that reasoning (lets say 10k calories instead to be more realistic)

1. You somehow eat+drink 8k calories between 8PM and 2AM, between wings, half a pizza, nine beer and a half dozen shots. This is in addition to the 2.5k cals you had earlier in the day between breakfast and post workout.

2. You're a real man so you don't puke regardless of how much tequila you drink, pizza/wings whatever.

3. You're a degenerate so you pick up a 6.5 on the way out of the bar and cab it home with her. Moderate cardio ensues and you pass out. Still no puking.

4. The next day you wake up at 3PM with a hangover, thankfully the 6.5 is nowhere to be seen you you start to move on with your life, hit the gym at 5PM and get your daily macros in, or close.

Question: where did the extra calories from your binge go? As far as I can tell your body would convert a few into muscle and store the rest. No?

Chuck some photos up on the start of the blast to now, curious to have a suss and no not posting mine lol, but I am curious to see how much you have progressed.

No, you would shit them all out, shit contains calories you know.

I've never tested the caloric content of shit, but I believe it has some. Don't know about 8K worth.

The extra calories won't go down the toilet. What happens is the food sits and waits to be digested and absorbed. A big meal like that will take hours and hours before fully digesting even. You will not gain fat as in BF% over night but by putting yourself in such a caloric excess it will cause you to gain fat in time. Getting fat doesn't happen overnight just like cutting fat doesn't happen overnight. The bodily process will take time but unless you somehow burn all those excess calories eventually it will go towards fat gain b

U said u have done a lot of research, u the fuck researches steroids at 16-18 if they dont plan on using?

Dude I'm really hoping this is sarcasm because it is PAINFUL to read, someone with a physique like yours cannot possibly be this uneducated.

If you eat in a caloric surplus your liver glycogen can store around 2,000 calories to be used later.
For muscle glycogen, a MAXIMUM of 2g of carbs/pound of weight can be stored - most of you know that this is basically carb loading (I won't go into too much detail on fructose/sucrose since its too complicated for this post).
Anything else that is left over, especially most of the fat you consume, will turn into FAT - especially when your bulking.

So if you consume 10k (or as you said 25k) you better believe your going to get fat, its just going to take a few days for you to realise it :)

I am 21 and have been researching for 4 years. It is just something we are interested in my know not to do them. I even homebrew, but don't use.

If that's accurate then I commend you. Your oils came out pretty nice bro

Fructose cannot be stored in muscle glycogen, only in the liver correct?

Correct, it goes into the liver until its full then stored as fat - ALOT more complicated then this but that's the basic idea.

Fructose is only really an issue if you consume too much of it (2 litres of soda a day or something), but unfortunately fruit gets a bad rap because it contains fructose - people don't realise that you would need to eat like 9/10 pieces per day for it to be an issue :)

I've seen studies on fat loss while eating around 60g of fructose daily. That high an intake of fructose did not impede the fat loss due to caloric restriction. I eat fruit year round and probably eat more than most
