As u see , I never said I'm a nutrition guru.I told u what has just happened with me. Yes I gained weight in those 10 days.. And I know it's fat.
How I know it's not water retention from carbs , cuz I'm in zero carbs from few days.


Fucked up metabolism? May be.

For me, once I go over tdee , I gain fat / even for few days. That's a fact. Ask 3j what happened to me when i went on a vacation for 4 days ONLY (1 year ago)

U believing this or not, is not a big concern for me.

Two people can have exactly the same diet and drug protocol and training routine and both respond totally differently.
Do what works for you, fuck what it says in a book.

Pretty much whatever you do you're going to have to do for at least four, preferably eight+ weeks to get a really good idea of how it's working. If you do something drastic like cut 1000 calories or add 2000 you'll see it quicker, but that's unlikely.

Can you reiterate your goals?

I know you keep saying you aren't looking for a shredded physique, but you're also concerned about adding bodyfat, yet still want to get stronger/bigger.

I truly think you've been on too much gear, too long and it isn't going to allow you to accomplish everything you want until you give your body/receptors a break for a decently long period of time.

Not trying to be condescending, I've made this mistake before....you need to pick something, one thing preferably and focus on it for some time. You can't flipflop from week to week, nothing will happen you'll just stagnate.

Have u got recent bloods or donated blood bro, youve been on tren for 16 weeks now bro?
 
Thats why I am getting bloods done and to donate blood as well
My bp is sitting at 131/78 as of today but wanna see how my cholesterol and liver emzimes are
Outside I feel good, but who kmows what goes on inside
Finally this stupid cold of mine went away a few weeks ago ended up with nemonia and finally has passed so goig to donate blood and go for a check up and bloods

I donated blood just over a month ago, Red Cross won't take me more than once per 58 days. My blood pressure is quite low though, considering the amount of tren I've been on.

I had bloodwork done after my PCT from my last cycle late last summer. I'll do the same to make sure I've recovered after this PCT.

Tren isn't healthy, I don't care what GH15 says...I'm under no illusion that that my bloods would look good right now.

Man this shit will never end. Are you looking for permission to continue using tren longer? Basically you're fishing for someone to say 30+ weeks, so in your mind; so and so said they did it for 38 weeks I can too. Fuck dude.

Bloods went good, donated a pint of blood, hemoglobin was 175
Liver and cholesterol are in normal range
And ate a bunch of cookies and drank a few pops the normal after donating blood
And saved 3 lives tonight:smoker:
