30 yrs old, 5'9 280 33% bf (estimated)
ive started goin back to gym for 3 mths now (pretty experienced lifter, have lost 20 lbs an added muscle recently) , im currently lookin for a routine to add on some good muscle before i try to slim down to reasonable weight (goal 240 or so) any suggestions for the best way to achieve this is appreciated
