chicken breast + veg
7 eggs ( 4 full eggs 3 whites ),
protein shake 50g protein,
chicken breast
veg + 2 potato + fish/chicken,
protein shake 50g protein
i workout 5 days a week on each muscel group for anything between 60 - 70 mins.
