looking for a 52 week program $$

I am banned!
im looking for a year round program for bodybuilding. a bit about me, i have lifted for about 8 years (football power lifting/Olympic lifts basically) max prs raw Bench 375, Squat 550, Power clean 325 (never did max deads) anyways i have the genetic ability to get big and strong, however i want to switch to bodybuilding style workouts (very unfamiliar with this type of lifting). I could read until my eyes fell out but aint nobody got time for that. im looking for a program that has variations, rest weeks, periodization and cardio HIIT training (i respond well to 3 week training cycles). (I know how to eat clean so i dont not need a diet plan) basically i want someone to make me a workout routine that will help me achieve my overall goal of awesome aesthetics. willing to pay for your time (pay pal) your probably like wtf make your own workout. well here is my take on that, if i make a workout i do the shit I like to do. If someone who is unbiased writes a program I will see better growth because I am doing lifts I wouldn't normally do and rep ranges I don't enjoy doing (big 8 and under rep range guy).

strengths asthetically-shoulders,traps,quads,calf's,triceps
weakness-chest,abs,ass (Size no definition), mid and lower back,

if you don't have any certifications or a college degree don't bother pm me. I am ACSM certified and have my bachelors in Kinesiology along with 8 years of lifting experience . Im looking for an intelligent individuals routine not a roid monkey who thinks he know how to lift because of gear he can do anything and it seems to work lol

You're either a troll, a liar, or someone who has no clue what they're doing. To top it off you're attitude just screams childhood issues. Good luck getting the help you so desperately need.

no its called time is money doc, it will take me time to make this routine. and right now I do not have the time, but i have the $$. thanks doctor oz for your psychiatric breakdown and personality assessment. how about providing some real value to the convo instead of your worthless .02 cents.

two heads are better than one. I like to see what others are doing so I can make additions and make it better.

I don't have ACSM certified nor do I have a degree in kinesiology so based off what you said you don't want my input. I could make some recommendations based off my philosophies and what I've learned through my research but there's a lot more info is need to know.

Ps that dr. Oz reference had me dying!! I was literally choking back tears from laughing so hard so regardless of the outcome of this thank you for the laughs during an otherwise boring day at work :D

doc,

dont get me wrong i know alot is learned in the field. but in the field training is based off each of us individually with our own bodies, everyone is different obviously your 5'11 im 6'2. im very carb sensative but can eat bacon all day long and loose BF% might have a heart attack but you get what im saying . im sure you know what you are doing for your body and are a beast (saw your cycle journal). but natty training is very different from training while on gear and diet is also different. so with all that being said, maybe if we met face to face and talked and bro-ed out I would listen to what you have to say. but with out some kind of legitimacy other than "i workout alot bro and im swol" certification i wouldn't take you seriously.

Doctor oz is a d bag and wasnt trying to be an ass but glad i could bring a laugh into your world.

Lol I agree 100% about Dr. Oz. my mom and aunt think he's the second coming though :(.

And that's wherein part of your problem lies. You make assumptions about too many things. Some of the greatest strength coaches had no "degrees" only trial and error. Don't get me wrong I'm a big science guy myself but the point is Mark Rippetoe, Bill Starr, Glen Pendlay, Louie Simmons, Dave Tate, Joe DeFranco all don't have advanced degrees in anything sports or health related. Hell Mark Rippetoe had a BS in Petroleum Geology and actually relinquished his CSCS certification.

Carb sensitive has nothing to do with body fat, if you knew nutrition you'd realize that. Carb sensitive just means you'll bloat more easily and hold in more water. That's irrelevant to body fat measurements. Anyone can eat tons of bacon and lose body fat, you simply need to maintain an energy deficit. Its not a difficult concept.

thanks for stopping by my log, if you have any constructive criticism I'd seriously love to hear it. If you did read the log you'd see I'm 28, started lifting since my early teens for football and other sports, have had some off times from the gym due to life complications and injuries, and this is my FIRST EVER cycle. Your assumption is silly that what I know is solely good for an AAS-enhanced athlete when I've been training with AAS since 4/6/2013 (2 1/2months only) but I've been training naturally for 12+ years. Where do you seriously think the bulk of knowledge is, gear or natty? Training in the field is only 100% individualized for ELITE athletes/lifters (if youre numbers are accurate and some assumptions are correct youre not at this stage, youre advanced). Even advanced ppl follow certain methods, albeit it in different ways and for different goals, but the point remains: there are fundamental principles that must be followed, goals must be stated, you need to apply those principles and the rest can be based off preference. A degree doesn't guarantee this knowledge or application of it. Would you go to a personal trainer at planet fitness for a workout program? Some of them have advanced degrees in nutrition and training.

The end of the day good luck getting your goals. Hopefully you find the answers you seek :)

A bachelors and ascm are not advanced degrees. There are exceptions to every rule obviously not all people who have degrees or certs are great coaches/trainers but they have some credibility over those who do not from the standpoint of first contact. Now if I sat down with you and we talked over beers then I would see you know your shit then fine. And honestly degrees/certs show you have the ability to "learn" and are at least somewhat serious about staying in top of the field as it changes weekly if not daily. Everyone is a genius until they open there mouth.

Bottom line prove me wrong make me a workout let me know much first and in a year I will come back and call you a genius or dr oz

You make a point as do I regarding credibility. The way it was initially worded was somewhat vague and I tried to prove a point. All I'm trying to say is knowledge is knowledge, no matter the source. It's up to the individual in question to be able to make that distinction between knowledge and "parroting".

Not a great likelihood of us catching up over some beers, I can count on one hand the times I drink a year lol. Just doesn't happen to be my cup of tea. On the other hand, getting up over a good workout is another story :D.

Please don't call me Dr. Oz. I'd rather be called an idiot or a fool. If you we're to refer to me as dr. Oz we would most definitely be mortal enemies and I'd be forced to donkey punch you in the gut when you had your back turned (just kidding but my dislike for him hopefully shows hahaha).

You keep saying you don't want my info bro, just not in so many words. Plus I reread your OP and it looks like you want body building style workouts now. I haven't had much experience with those, more so strength, athletic, and power training. I'd argue that body building training can be just as tough physically but the programming of it is slightly less detail oriented. Not to knock body builders in any way at all but gaining size and mass is one thing (definition coming from a cut is not as much training related), getting from a 875lb squat to a 900lb squat while manipulating volume, intensity, fatigue, over-reaching, bands/chains etc is a different beast.

I wish you the best of luck in attaining your goals man!

I don't understand. Why can't you just look in one of you fancy college textbooks for a bodybuilding workout routine?

you have all that academic background but cant figure out a workout routine???

troll

Are you serious! Anything worthwhile takes time. And you're afraid of only doing the lifts you like? Let your fancy ivy league education overcome that propensity.

What it comes down to is you are a lazy mooch. You don't contribute anything to the common good here. And you insult everyone while asking them to do the hard work for you. You are just a lazy narcissist.

I insulted you because you clearly did not read the entire thread and provided no valuable input into the conversation.
