who has the best insight on h.i.t. information between aurthor jones, ellington darden, and mike mentzer? i'm debating on which book to buy and would like to learn all i can before starting this kind of training. thanks in advance.

thanks for the advice, do you recommend any certain websites. most of the ones i find are for buying books or brief introductions to the method. which is why i want advice on a book for reference.

Doing a quick google search with some key terms your looking for ought to get you started and simply weed through the b.s. and cut and paste the good stuff in a word doc and print away
