im applying for a new position at work, pretty soon I would have to take a test that measures my body responces to certain questions! I heard beta blockers keepyou calm and prevent anxiety! just like musicians before a concert, what do u guys recommend!

thanks

Not sure but anything based around GABA would work. Natural non-prescription beta blockers are not something I am up to speed on.

I use Phenibut for social anxiety, and lemme tell you a dosage of 1gram makes a day and night difference. To me its my little miracle supplement for my brain. But on that note, it cant be used daily otherwise when you come off it will give you hell lol. About 3 times a week and ur fine though. And never use before bed IMO, at least for me it makes me feel inebriated the entire next day.

EDIT: I once used a supplement called Somnidren GH it was a powder that could be drank or you could put a pinch under your tongue and let it dissolve...you want to talk about relaxation, that stuff would melt your mind into a stasis of peace and tranquility...and make your whole body numb and tingly.

Did you see this from that movie or tv show?

If so I've seen what your talking about and was wondering what the heck they were referring to?

I've never heard of that before but it was interesting!

Good luck Mig139. a buddy of mine took a poly a few years back and they are nerve racking. They usually have you fill out a questionar prior to the test and then ask questions based on your packet. Stick to what you wrote in the packet. They are looking for you to change your answers or admit to leaving info out. Stick to your guns bro. If they find out you are trying to manipulate the results...well you can kiss the job goodbye. Not trying to scare ya bro, good luck.
