Looking into second cycle, please advise

I was wondering what the best orals to finish off a cycle with are. There is that 3 week period where your waiting for the long ester test to clear and I want to use an oral to fill in the gap. Currently I'm leaning towards drol, but would love to hear what everyone thinks and why. Oh yea cycle will be test base, nandrolone, with dbol kickstart still working out the specifics. Cycle goal will be lean mass throughout
 
Alot of factors go into choosing a proper tail end compound. Anadrol is a poor choice unless you wanna finish with water retention
How long is this cycle?
How long are you rnning the dbol in the beginning?
What are your stats, age, height, weight, bodyfat %
 
exactly what kazmir said but iv finish up with some anavar which helped me tighten up in some areas
 
probably going to go 16 weeks again
dbol will be 50 for 4-5 weeks
will be 29, 5'11, currently 212 with 16% but cutting over the next few months to prep for next cycle, goal is around 10% so nothing extreme
 
Test and deca is a bulk cycle typically. You mentioned you were cutting or looking for lean gains. Maybe look into other options.
 
I'm going to be bulking on my next cycle, but my first cycle I bulked and shot for the moon and now I sit at 16%bf and have to cut for the next 8 weeks then reverse diet out of my cut. So I'm going to "lean bulk" my next cycle, now that I have a better understanding that gear doesn't turn everything you eat into muscle, and you can still get fat. I always have to learn the hard way

A lot of guys think this way. Eating large pizzas before bed and other crazy things. I knew one guy that Rama 10 week cycle of Teat E and didn't even work out, gained 20 lbs and now he's a fat fuck and that was 8 or 9 years ago. Some people have crazy expectations.
 
I eat real clean(aside from weekly cheat meal while bulking) but I was adding like 200cals every week and I didn't know if my abs were disappearing from bloat or from fat and around week 12 I realized it was fat, so I cut out some sweet potatoes and brown rice and maintained bodyweight for the rest of the cycle. I learned a ton from my first experience, I wont make the same mistakes again

Good for you bro. Some, unfortunately, never learn. Would you mind posting your diet so we can see? You can post total macros if you don't wanna type up everything you eat.... Calories/carb/pro/fat/how many meals/how many shakes
 
It varies depending on if I lift or not, and leg days I get more carbs. I'm just starting my cut, here is what I had today, I work 3rd shift so schedule is different

Meal 1(6:30pm, pre workout)-40oz skim milk
Intra workout BCAA's, Glutamine
Meal 2(9:30pm, post workout)- 8oz 93/7 ground beef, 3/4 cup brown rice(measured dry), .5 bag of spinach, sriracha chille sauce
Meal 3(12:30am)-8oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 med sweet potato
Meal 4(2:00am)- 8oz 93/7 ground beef, 1/4 cup brown rice(measured dry), .5 bag of spinach, sriracha chille sauce
Meal 5(4:30am)- 8oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 med sweet potato, broccoli
Meal 6(7:30am)-50oz skim milk, 1 serving walnuts(bag w 6 servings last a week)
Typically I would go to bed here and that would be a normal workout day, today is Friday and I stay up so....
Meal7(11:00am)-50 oz skim milk
Meal 8(2:00pm)-50 oz skim milk

Edit-Oh yea at least 1.5 gallons of water, I'm a thirsty mother fucker lol

No, not anymore. I believe real food is where its at. When I was on I would get about 100 grams more protein though, my cut starts by getting it between 1.25-1.5g per lb of LBM, I bring everything down slowly, and only as needed to maintain a 2lbs weight loss target a week

I'm currently not doing shakes either. In the late fall/early winter I'll do pwo shakes for about 2-3 months
