loosing weight

I started out in dec at 307lbs Im 6"4> I stopped eating all the crap food(fast food, coke a cola, BEER,) i have eliminated alot of carbs from my diest and Im sitting at 270lbs I run 1 mile 3 times a week. I cannot get below 270 no matter what I do I work out longer I try to eat less I drink more water but i'm still stuck!!!!! anyone have any ideas to help me over this hurdle???

In what pase do u run?? i would check out my diet more closely (how well do you know to put up youre diet?) WHAT does youre diet look like?
Anyways, start doing high intense(spelling) cardio, and youll get there! + maybe a better diet, but tell us what it looks like now.
 
my first meal is protein shake 55g and a banana
3 hrs later EAS carb avant shake
3 to 4 hrs later 6in wheat subway with turkey and lettuce.mayo and water no chips
dinner george forman grilled chicken breast w/ mrs dash seasoning cup of green beans glass of water
last meal protein shake
I stick to this every day but sundays, I eat whatever i want but I never eat past 8pm and cut the carb by 6pm
 
You are going to have to increase your intensity, and be stricter on your diet. I would absolutetly recogmend intermittent fasting. Look it up. It works. Or just ask me about it.
 
I would start doing some intense cardio plan such as p90x. Make sure you speak with an expert on whether you can start something like that. The weight will fly off.
