Lose fat and gain mass

I'm about to start my first cycle of test prop @ 400mg wk. I was wondering if i could loose fat and preserve mass on a 3000 calorie diet? I'm doing cardio 30min 5x a week in the morning and lifting in the afternoon. I want to implement test to preserve muscle and hopefully pack on some lean mass.

Easy there, start with losing weight by getting your diet in check. 18-19% seems like a lot to be hauling around and wanting to cycle. How you look is all about how fine tuned your diet is. How old are you anyway
