Losing a lot of weight during workouts.

I weigh in before and after each workout.. I do full body 3x a week, and I noticed that I usually drop about .8-1 lb after an intense 1 hour workout. I am taking creatine and eating for growth and I have been putting on decent weight, but most of my teammates do not drop that much weight during our workouts. today I weighed in at 159.4 before and 158.5 after. Is it just water weight? I mean what else could it be... We aren't allowed to drink water during our workouts as they are only supposed to last about 1 hour with stretches. Don't ask me why, I think it's stupid.

Why are you weighing yourself before & after?

10 bux says balboa270 will have something to say right ?

With the spelling and gramatical abilities of a claw hammer.

To answer the thread, I would say its pure water weight. A litre of water weighs a kilogram, so less than half of that is your pound.

It's just water. I drop 2-3lbs a workout sometimes depending on the amount of cardio I do. Sometimes I have even gained weight working out from drinking water.

Morning weight means more to me then other times of the day.

I wouldn't be to concerned about weighing ones self before or after a workout if you want to know your true weight jump on the scales first thing in the morning when you woken up
