HEY Everyone. I have been in the process of moving and all and I don't have much money. Normally I eat 8 times per day and that includes 3 protein shakes. Now I only eat like 4 times per day. I lost almost 10 lbs. I have gotten really skinny. I lost my tan and now my arms are dark on the bottom and I'm all white on top. I now look horrible. It has affected my workouts. I look in the mirror and I am so dissapointed. I lost alot of my strength as well. What should I do to get my size back?? I am so depressed now. My legs are skinny and my arms and everything. I look horrible!!!!!! I just don't have a place right now where I can make alot of food and no cash to buy chicken breast, vegetables, protein mix, etc.

Well with bad food bad gains are what follows. Start eating right again, training hard and sleeping good, and muscle memory will help and youll be back quick.

Until you can eat again you aren't going to pull quality weight from thin air. I've been there and done that, I just got back into the 240s recently after falling from 250s, after falling from 260s (that one was on purpose). It takes food, not just visiting some place where you lift heavy objects repeatedly.

Lifting can help you spare lean mass as you lose weight, but really... you should start trying harder to eat at maintenance. If you can't afford enough food, then start buying stuff that is slightly more calorie dense so you can at least get close to maintenance calories.
Anyway, if I were you, I would have used this time to try and cut back fat and try my damndest to minimize lean mass loss.

ramon noodles and canned tuna.eggs and pbj's all dense caloric and have good protein and plenty of carbs.not the best food but you can live off of it and keep some weight.all that shit is cheap stuff.shit canned tuna you can buy a hundred cans of that for about 30 bucks.

If the sodium from the Ramen doesn't kill you, nothing will! Just think of the self confidence booster that will be.

My first big bulker sometimes involved a protein shake, then dumping a pizza down my facehole.

Not good for the old blood pressure!

Ground beef, pasta and spagh sauce is cheap. U can find cheap cheese too and a tray of lasagna will last days.

yea i feel your pain, im eating unsalted peanuts and a egg/cassien shake, its 230 am here, what time is it over their?

cook the noodles then add the tuna right in.put some olive oil in it and you got 1 part fat 2 parts protein 3 parts carbs or almost.bunch of calories dont taste great but all that said cost no more than 1$ to eat.the olive oil is the most exp. and you can get a bottle for a dollar at the dollar store and it will last a while at least a week or 2.tuna canned in water .36 cents 5 packs ramon 1.50$.there you go cheap as shit and eat it up yum.

You can get a gallon of extra virgin olive oil for about $11 or so. Unless you are trying to shit your pants, that will last you a long ass time.
