Ok first off I have always had a super fast metabolism and have always worked a labor intense job so putting on weight has always been very hard work for me, my last job was a little more laid back so was able to eat whenever, I started a new job and have lost like 7 pounds in 2 weeks, im freaking out, ,they got me running 12 hours a day 7 days a week, and I scarf down a huge breakfast, and like 6 sandwiches throughout the the day plus peanut butter sandwiches, ,and obviously its still not enough, ,im guessing carb intake is too low, ,im thinking of packiing potato salad, rice, and chili in a thermos, ,along with the the usual proteins, I was taking sandwiches because I need quick food but its not working, any suggestions on what I can take to increase carbs substantially and still be quick to eat ...thanks
